snipdoo HOME functions as a mobile extension for your door communication system, offering a convenient way to manage visitors remotely. It enables users to utilize their smartphones in a manner similar to an indoor station, regardless of location—be it at home on the couch or away from the premises. Users can view visitors outside their door, communicate with them, and control access by opening the door remotely or maintaining it in a locked state.

The application includes a call log feature that records missed calls along with accompanying images and timestamps, ensuring users remain informed even if they cannot respond immediately. Additionally, the app supports integration with multiple IP cameras, allowing comprehensive monitoring of various areas within the property at any time.

For enhanced security and convenience, snipdoo HOME offers access management capabilities. Trusted individuals can be granted access via QR codes and unique IDs, which permit them to enter the premises independently or participate in door communication. These access rights are entirely controllable by the owner or main user and can be revoked at any time. QR codes and IDs are single-use; once validated, they become invalid to prevent unauthorized reuse.

Usage of snipdoo HOME requires the installation of a compatible TCS IP system or TCS:BUS system with the TCS IP Gateway.
